SACR3D – Gayatri Mantra (Hip-Hop Rendition)
Carol and I did our first vendor spot this past Dec where we had a small booth at a local event. Did pretty well for our first and are looking forward to our next few shows coming up. Here are two pics from that small show of what we have to offer.
I think this new year I will be calling out fearmongering and half-ass written articles that give more stated opinion than actual facts. Case in point….
Mad World News has a headline “House Dems Moved To Implement First Sharia Law While You Weren’t Looking”
In the article, a lot of opinions are thrown around while the author pushes the reader to give up common sense while reading between the lines.

Really cool article from 2010 on Heavy Metal Music and Consciousness
Updates:From all indications, from posts from family and friends this was a Murder/Suicide. Speculation from various people still linger yet those close to the case have posted on various pages that financial trouble and worry brought this man and family down. I will still write a full article for the print issue concerning David, his family, and his documentary, which is available below. The full version might still be in the go. The movie probably wont. Many blessings to all involved.

David Crowley, writer and director of Gray State, a fictional yet controversial movie depicting a second American Revolution after the advancement of a future Police State, was found dead in his home along with his wife and daughter in Apple Valley, MN Saturday Jan. 17th. According to news (and here) authorities say it was an apparent murder/suicide and that the deaths may have happened around Christmas.
Are there any common denominators that may underlie the practices of leading physicists and scientists, Renaissance alchemists, and indigenous Amazonian ayahuasca healers? There are obviously a myriad of things that these practices do not have in common. Yet through an analysis of the body and the senses and styles of grammar and social practice, these seemingly very different modes of existence may be triangulated to reveal a curious set of logics at play. Ways in which practitioners identify their subjectivities (or ‘self’) with nonhuman entities and ‘natural’ processes are detailed in the three contexts. A logic of identification illustrates similarities, and also differences, in the practices of advanced physics, Renaissance alchemy, and ayahuasca healing.
Physics and the “I” and “You” of experimentation
A small group of physicists at a leading American university in the early 1990s are investigating magnetic temporality and atomic spins in a crystalline lattice; undertaking experiments within the field of condensed matter physics. The scientists collaborate together…

A beautiful, poetic envision of life. Of love. Views of what we seek in the infinite. A scientist and a free spirit find each of at a party and hook-up only to lose each other. After seeking to find the woman of that night and after following the signs that are presented to him, specifically the reoccurring number 11, fate leads him to find her, specifically again, when he looks in a window that has an infinity symbol drawn on it, and sees her reflection. This brings them together and the harmonious flight of love takes shape. Continue reading “Film Review – I, ORIGINS Movie (2014)”
Yeah, I’m one of those long haired Metal-head types that grew up listening to aggressive music, getting into the mosh pit at concerts, stage diving into crowds, and a bit of headbanging at times. One thing that drew me to Heavy Metal was the depth of some of the lyrics in some of the bands I listened to. I contribute music in being one of the main vehicles that made me question the reality of life as well as death. Below is a small list of songs that made me open up to the understanding of the last aspect of life….Death. Continue reading “Five Heavy Metal Songs That Made Me Realize the Reality of Death.”
“He whose mind is enslaved to his bestial instincts is philosophically not superior to the brute; he whose rational faculties ponder human affairs is a man; and he whose intellect is elevated to the consideration of divine realities is already a demigod, for his being partakes of the luminosity with which his reason has brought him into proximity.” Manly P. Hall (The Secret Teachings of All Ages)
From their GoFundMe Page…
During the early hours of January 1st, around 2:30 am, a tragic fatal roadside accident ensued near the Sam Houston Parkway feeder at West View resulting in the loss of the life of a caring pregnant mother, but a miraculous second chance for the life of her newborn child.
After suffering a traumatic brain injury, the mother was rushed in critical condition to the nearest emergency hospital.
Doctors performed an emergency surgery on the injured mother, but unfortunately, against all of their best efforts, this wasn’t enough. The mother of two would succumb to her injuries only a few hours after the accident.

Each of our lives has its own unique rhythm. There is an ebb and flow, and a time for stillness that continues to repeat itself throughout our lifetime. The art of letting go is about honoring this rhythm. It’s about knowing when to hold in stillness, and when to move forward, even if the way isn’t clear. Letting go is really about opening to receive. It is living in this moment, honoring who you are. It is a process of trust.

Brina – Jamaican Reggae
Reggae Music has always had a strong spiritual connection in their music. Whether your listening to the early sounds of Bob Marley and the Wailers, Gregory Isaacs, and Lee Perry to the more modern sounds of Shabba ranks or Buju Banton, somewhere, within the music is a spiritual connection to God (Jah). I came across Brina awhile back through a Bahai Faith Facebook page, which lead me to the video below, which is a montage of pictures and quotes while her soulful voice singes about peace and love as well as the essence of harmony. Really nice and soothing and hitting the spot.
Brina has five CDs with the most recent, released Sept 2014, being “Reggae Sauti Za Kiswahili,” an EP that brings Brina’s Jamaican Reggae to Africa while sung in Swahili. You can check out her music at her Bandcamp page.
For more info check out the video below and check out her Facebook Page.
Found this Pagan Folk band from Adelaide, Australia through their facebook page and really loved not only the beautiful voice of singer Adrienne Piggott but the eclectic blend of electric instruments (drums and guitar) as well as other instruments such as the fiddle, accordion and tribal drums. They bring together the Folk sound and feel of traditional songs as well as a more modern electric light Rock feel on others. They have links of their songs on their Facebook and ReverbNation sites where you can get a glimps of their sound. Their musical focus is on the concepts of magic, myth and legend. Fave tracks from the clips include “Goddess and teh Weaver” (should that be ‘the’?), “Holly Lord”, and “Magick” which seems to have a bit more Rock feel through it.
The band has been together since 1992 and have released seven albums including a live album called “Worts ‘n’ All.” Their most recent CD, “Through a Sylvan Doorway” was released on 15th July 2012. They have a new track released in August 2014 called “Wickerman” which is inspired by their annual English Ale Festival. You can listen and buy the song at their Bandcamp Page. If your into Pagan Folk music this may be a good band you may want to check out.
In all the years that I have been working with solo entrepreneurs and my coaching clients, I’m always amazed at how many of them believe that making a lot of money will bring them more joy, happiness and fulfillment.
Well, I am here to tell you: nothing could be further from the truth!
It makes me sad to see so many of these folks needlessly headed for disappointment, discouragement and lack of fulfillment. And the worst part is: It just doesn’t have to happen!
If you would like to avoid this fate (and I KNOW you do!), here are 3 stunningly simple ways to bring more joy and fulfillment into your life. Continue reading “Three Simple Ways to Experience More Joy, Fulfillment and Happiness by Larry Freeborg”

Quantum physics posits that nothing really happens in the physical world unless a conscious mind observes it. In other words, consciousness must perceive what it creates in order for that creation be real. This theory can be corroborated in the dream world. When we dream, we create our dream and perceive our dream at the same time. We do it so seamlessly that we are unaware that we, are in fact, the dreamer.

Thomas Edison once said, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” In the early 20th century, Dr. Otto H. Warburg proved that all forms of cancer have two basic conditions: high acidity and oxygen deficiency. He believed that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency because he discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state.

Just watched Gods Not Dead and thought it was a great movie, especially for it being Christian based. While most movies from the Christian camp seem to be watered downed in substance and fluffed up, this one has a bit more of a bite to it and has substance in the revelance of what it means to have faith, question doubt and be a believer in Christ.
We all have different belief systems, religions leanings, personal philosophies, and ways of explaining the mystery of life. Some people are determined to push their beliefs on others. A number of these individuals feel so strongly about the superiority and correctness of their beliefs, that they are willing to pay the ultimate price of death to defend them. We need to understand and respect that all beliefs have value to the person expressing them. This essay represents my current understanding and my truth. Summaries of World Religions by Paul Chehade
The world’s principal religions and spiritual traditions may be classified into a small number of major groups, although this is by no means a uniform practice. In world cultures, there have traditionally been many different groupings of religious belief. I don’t wish to turn you away from your religious beliefs or traditions. I see all religions as part of human history – Paul Chehade. Continue reading “Summaries of World Religions by Paul Chehade”

LOVE WITHIN BEYOND Regula Curti, Tina Turner, Dechen Shak-Dagsay, and Sawani Shende-Sathaye
A review by Barbara Bullock
Ever since the first Beyond CD release I have been one of the greatest admirers of the Beyond projects. Since the beginning I felt that these projects are really extraordinary and God sent into our world at this time. Divine timing is not always understood by us humble and sometimes impatient human beings, yet our mysterious universe knows exactly when the time is right. I feel that humanity has recently entered a new level of consciousness. More and more people around the world are opening up to the idea of the subconscious level.
